The Zombiverse is a metaverse like no other. It is a world where the narrative of Zombie Spectre meets reality.

In the Zombiverse safe havens are buildings and land NFTs that can be purchased for $SPECz on an open marketplace. Each time a player enters a safe haven to take refuge, the owner of the land / building receives a $SPECz reward from the visitor. This means that land ownership has an ROI.

This mechanism serves as a guide for sponsors to place ads in the virtual billboards. Those plots or buildings with the highest earnings attract more sponsors which in turn raises the value of the NFTs.

Safe havens provide players three key elements:

• Health restoration. Each haven has a health restoration point for players to regain health. This is important because in the zombiverse, if you die, you die! You loose all your accumulated $SPECz.

• Ammunition store. Need ammo? Then visit a haven to purchase weapons or ammo from the havens owner. Players can also sell ammo and weapons here if the owner has listed it as a wanted item.

• Marketplace. At each haven players can make offers for the safe haven NFT.

Safe havens are customizable by the owner.
